Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned in their original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Please note: As a small business, we’re unable to cover return postage costs for unwanted items.
Faulty or Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at sales@kitanaromatherapy.co.uk with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly and cover any return postage where required.
